Domistay helps property owners increase their rental income by offering a fully managed short-term letting service. We take care of every aspect, including creating listings, professional photography, pricing strategy, guest communication, housekeeping, laundry, toiletries, and check-in support.

Your property may be featured on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and its partner sites, Domistay’s own direct booking portal, Vrbo, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, The Plum Guide and HomeLike.

We select platforms based on your property’s location, price point and features to ensure it reaches the most suitable audience.

Yes. If your property is not already listed, we will handle the entire setup process and manage the account on your behalf. While the property is under our care, we maintain full control of the listing to ensure consistency and quality. You will still have full visibility through your Domistay Owner Dashboard.

How do I reserve my property for personal use?
You can block out dates for personal use at any time through your online Owner Dashboard. Alternatively, you can contact your Domistay account manager directly. Prior to your stay, the property will be professionally cleaned and a post-departure clean will be arranged. A cleaning fee will apply.

Payments and Pricing

Our revenue management team uses dynamic pricing tools that respond to market trends, local events, seasonal changes, competitor rates and your property’s unique features. This allows us to set optimal nightly rates and maximise your income.

We take a commission from each booking in exchange for our full-service offering. Optional additional services may carry separate charges. Fees vary depending on property type and location. Yes. We charge a one-off onboarding fee which covers professional photography, listing creation and a property visit to ensure readiness for hosting. The fee depends on the size and location of your property and is usually deducted from your first month’s earnings.

The Domistay Owner Dashboard gives you 24/7 access to your property’s performance. You can monitor earnings, view bookings and manage availability in real time.

By default, we issue payments after each completed booking. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a monthly consolidated payment at the end of each calendar month.

Safety and Security

We carefully screen all guests using a combination of automated systems and manual checks. Our team provides round-the-clock support to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and that your property remains safe and well cared for.

While these situations are rare, they can happen. We recommend removing or securing valuable items. If damage occurs, we will assist in pursuing compensation through the relevant booking platform. For Airbnb bookings, their Host Guarantee may apply. Domistay also provides insurance cover through a trusted partner.

Yes. You are responsible for ensuring your property complies with all local regulations, including having valid gas and electrical safety certificates. You must also ensure smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are properly installed and maintained. Requirements vary depending on location and we will advise you on what is needed in your area.
